Client: Triad Financial, a third-party account servicer focusing on nonprime, consumer vehicle loans
Challenge: Create and launch the brand identity for Triad’s new vehicle remarketing program. Support program development by soliciting feedback from auctions and analyzing competitors. Equip auctions to successfully implement the program at their respective locations.
Solution: Write and distribute an auction survey to uncover what the ideal remarketing program looks like to them. Develop a comprehensive competitor analysis to help Triad find its unique selling proposition.
Facilitate creation of program name and tag line. Design complete brand identity, including logos, stickers and branding standards manual. Produce a folder of marketing materials and electronic templates for each auction to use when promoting the program.
For the initial rollout, prepare a webinar presentation to educate auctions on the brand and program criteria. Supplement with frequent e-mail communications to clarify details and answer questions.
Garner substantial media coverage to publicize the program to dealers and auctions. For branding consistency, coordinate with corporate marketing departments of major auction groups, as well as promo item vendors.
